The App enables users to create personalized collages, sticker photos, and edit images with creative materials (such as emoticons, text tools, templates) and AI style transfer features (for example, oil painting, film, comic) without requiring account registration. 2. Eligibility
To use the App, you must be at least 18 years of age, or have obtained consent from your parent or legal guardian if you are between 13 and 18 years of age. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that any information you provide (if applicable) is accurate and complete.

4.2 Our Content
The App provides proprietary content, including templates, stickers, emoticons, AI style presets, and other creative materials (“Our Content”). All such content is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use Our Content solely within the App to create Your Content for personal, non‑commercial use.
When using Our Content to create works containing facial elements, we do not collect user facial information, and we do not collect facial information from the generated content.
4.3 Paid Content
Paid styles, templates, or other premium content (“Paid Content”) are unlocked via in‑app purchases of coins. When you unlock Paid Content, you receive a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use that Paid Content within the App for personal use. Paid Content is not refundable unless required by applicable law.
All processing of Paid Content involving facial elements is completed locally on your device, and we do not collect user facial information, and we do not collect facial information from your use of Paid Content.
5. In‑App Purchases
The App offers in‑app purchases of coins, which can be used to unlock Paid Content. All in‑app purchases are processed through the payment processor associated with your device’s app store. Pricing may change from time to time, but changes will not affect purchases you have already made.
Refund requests must be directed to the applicable app store. Throughout the in‑app purchase process, we do not collect user facial information, and we do not collect facial information from your device or your transaction data.
6. Service Availability and Updates
We strive to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free service. We may temporarily suspend the App or certain features for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons.

8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US (IF ANY) FOR IN‑APP PURCHASES IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms. You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the App from your device. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately expire.
Sections concerning content ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law shall survive termination. Our commitment that we do not collect user facial information, and we do not collect facial information also survives termination.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles, California.
